For decades, the Tylenol victims families, and Chicagoans have heard the vitriolic ranting and ravings of Chuck Goudie, pretending to be their frieind. Has anyone noticed how silent Goudie now is about the newly released findings describing in nauseating detail the 1982 Tylenol murder investigation coverup?
Chuck Goudie's career as a journalist began just before the Tylenol murders, and has thrived during during the Tylenol Murder Investigation coverup, beginning over 30 years ago..

Chuck Goudie Needs to Up-Chuck the Poison PR Pill He Swallowed

In any criminal investigation, you don’t accept the statements of a witness who has an interest. And Johnson & Johnson in this case is certainly not a disinterested party. --- Westchester County D.A. Carl Vergari , after 1986 Tylenol murder of Diane Elsroth in New York state.
Explain your lethal, negligent silence in 1982 to Diane's family, Chuck.

As you know, Chuck, The Tylenol Mafia, by former J&J executive Scott Bartz, was published on September 26, 2011.
I know you know, because I told you several times.
From the beginning, Johnson and Johnson was allowed to collect and destroy all the Tylenol capsule criminal evidence, except for the millions of Tylenol capsules flushed down toilets on J&J's behalf at the request of Illinois Attorney General Tyrone Fahner.
Remember "Fahner's Fumblers"? How about "Felon Fahner's Tylenol Crappers"?
Felon Fahner? That is a fair handle, and there is ample proof, an element always missing in Fahner's most famous accusations. Destroying any evidence in a criminal case is itself a serious felony. Just ask Tyrone, he's a lawyer, I've heard.
Yet, Tyrone Fahner, a former federal prosecutor, publically urged citizens to destroy forensic evidence in the most notorious mass murder case in modern Chicago history, the 1982 Tylenol murders, by flushing Tylenol capsules in their homes down the toilet! Yup, Tyrone Fahner is a prime time TV documented felon. How did he excape prison?
Remember the police cars roaming the streets, their blaring built-in bull horns warning everyone to flush the Tylenol? It was big news. How many millions of Tylenol capsules were feloneously flushed down Fahner's crappers into Lake Michigan or the Calumet River, like so many Mafia cadavers? Along with DNA and fingerprints on the capsules and packaging? Along with more batches containing deadly cyanide?
Fahner could have have saved lives by first warning the public, and then asking them to turn in their unused Tylenol to the police to be processed in a crime lab. That would have preserved the evidence, convicted the murderer, and saved lives.
And guess who benefited by Fahner's flushings? You got it, folks.
That is precisely why the Tylenol killer got away with murder, aided and abetted by crime evidence flushers like Tyrone Fahner. Did you ever hear Chuck Goudie complain?
This was not a simple product recall of a defective drug which caused hair to fall out. These were horrific homicides, mass murder by ambush to be precise. These were random cold-blooded murders using Tylenol capsules as tiny deadly weapons.
Telling J&J on the second day of the killings...to collect the Tylenol capsule forensic evidence from the Tylenol murder crime scenes...was like telling Al Capone on the front page of the Chicago Tribune to collect all the evidence from the St. Valentine's Massacre, and burn it. Did Chuck Goudie complain when J&J seized control of the crime scene evidence, with a wink from the FBI, FDA, US attorney, Daniel K. Webb, his assistant Jeremy Margolis, and the Tylenol Task Force? What planet were they from? Didn't that make Webb, Margolis, the Tylenol Task Force commanders, the FDA and the FBI all accessories to mass murder, when they facilitated the wholesale destruction of the Tylenol crime scene evidence by Johnson and Johnson?
The fix was in from that moment on.
As a matter of normal police proceedure, J&J, the sole supplier of the poisoned Tylenol, would have been the prime murder suspect, from day one. But, instead, local police officers were ordered to turn over Tylenol capsules they collected to Johnson and Johnson, who destroyed the capsules.
Again, the fix was in.
Through all of this, Chuck Goudie and his colleagues never complained to their news viewers about all the millions of Tylenol capsules seized and destroyed by J&J. Why did Goudie sell out his viewing public, just as J&J was selling out its own customers?
We would all like to know.
Only in Chicago, would the FBI, FDA, the US Attorney, local authorities and the establishment press join hands at the start of a deadly tragedy and kneel in unison to protect a corporate mass murderer who was and still is more interested in corporate profits, than in the lives of its own customers.
The Tylenol Mafia documents in almost infinite detail how the cyanide actually entered the Tylenol inside J&J's own insecure repackaging and re-bottling supply chain. J&J, the FBI, the FDA and the Tylenol Task Force invented the "lone madman theory". They told the public to believe "a lone madman" went from store to store, removing bottles of Tylenol and replacing the contents of random capsules with cyanide. For nearly thirty years, their Big Lie worked, even though there was never any evidence of a "lone madman" tampering with the Tylenol in retail stores. NONE!
From the beginning, the brutally corrupt investigators and prosecutors, as well as the equally monsterous J&J executives, did NOT want to solve the Tylenol murders. For nearly 30 years this Big Government, Big Business crime consortium succeeded in blocking any serious investigation of the Tylenol murders. Instead, they wanted a scape goat, a patsy, so they could protect Johnson and Johnson's profits, by blaiming any innocent person they could find. Their vile bloody schemes are are reveiled, blow by blow, in The Tylenol Mafia, written by Scott Bartz, a whistle blower, and former J&J executive insider.
At first, the Tylenol Task Force even tried to pin the Tylenol murders on the grieving, shell-shocked Ed Reiner, husband of Lynn "Mary" Reiner, one of the key victims. Ed and his eight year old daughter, Michelle, came home just in time to witness Lynn collapsing on the kitchen floor after swallowing two cyanide-laced Tylenol.
Imagine the hellish snake pit investigators threw Ed Reiner into. First Ed helplessly watched his wife being murdered. Then, before his wife's body was cold, Tylenol Task Force investigators were targetting Ed as the Tylenol mass murderer. Nightmare piled on top of nightmare for Ed Reiner.
The Tylenol investigators and prosecutors were just as brutal, cruel and criminal to innocent people as the Tylenol killer they protected, while they only pretended to investigate the murders.
The fix was in.
J&J owns the FBI, FDA, The Tylenol Task Force, and the Judges of Dupage and Cook Counties. plus several other agencies. Al Capone would envy Johnson and Johnson's absolute iron grip on the Chicago area justice system, and the way the system openly, and brazenly sanctions mass murder, while the average citizen can only cringe and watch it happen like the spread of bubonic plague during the Middle Ages. . And Chuck Goudie is one of those trembling toadies, when he's not out ranting and pontificating over trivia.
CONCLUSIONS: J&J wanted to outsource the Tylenol murder stories, to protect themselves from the immense product liability lawsuits from a crime committed inside their own insecure facilities. J&J is known for its corporate greed over individual customer safety. Always the predator, J&J even litigated against the Tylenol murder victims' families for eight years, before finally settling out of court, mere hours before trial. The Tylenol Task Force, the FBI and FDA instantly lined up behind J&J's criminal mass murder coverup schemes, publically declaring J&J innocent of all criminal wrong doing on day two, without conducting any investigation of J&J, the sole source of the lethal Tylenol. This is the way this white-washed case has stood for almost 30 years.

FROM TYLENOL MURDER GROUND ZERO |
Joy Bergman wrote extensively about The Tylenol Mafia:
http://www.chicagoreader.com/Bleader/archives/2011/09/26/the-tylenol-mafia
Bergman said, "There was no substantive evidence, however, to connect Lewis to the 1982 cyanide poisonings."
As did The Arlington Cardinal:
The Tylenol Mafia: A Book About a Cyanide Murder Weapon That Was Discovered in Arlington Heights in 1982 and an Alleged Corrupt Investigation at High Corporate and Government Levels
The Cardinal asked, "...Or did you wonder how a person, such as... James Lewis, could be a [mass murder] suspect for so long without conviction or exoneration after 29 years?..."
As did The Chicago Daily Herald, which broke The Tylenol Mafia news:

FROM THE BUSINESS P.R. AND MANAGEMENT COMMUNITY |
Media Need to Upchuck Poisoned PR Pill
O'Dwyer's Inside News of Public Relations & Marketing Communications
Massive research by Johnson & Johnson insider Scott Bartz should cause a re-examination of the
Tylenol murders by media that have been unrestrained in their praise of how J&J handled the tragedy.
J&J, while avoiding on-the-record, in-public discussion of its manufacturing and distribution process, heaped praise on itself for
dealing with the press. It was the Big Lie repeated over and over and finally swallowed whole by a lax business press.
"The Tylenol Mafia" describes the flawed, insecure J&J distribution system in almost infinite detail. Any reader of this book
will come away convinced that the poisonings took place on J&J’s watch and were not the work of some “madman” going from store to store.
The child of a Tylenol murder victim speaks out.
The "lone madman" myth was thoroughly debunked inThe Tylenol Mafia, by a key victim's daughter.
Listen to a Tylenol murder victim's eight-year old girl, now a grown woman, Michelle Rosen, explain how her mother, Lynn "Mary" Rosen, received eight bubble wrapped unit dosage Extra Strength Tylenol capsules full of cyanide from the secure pharmacy inside e a few days earlier when she came home with her new baby.
Those cyanide-laced Tylenol capsules were part of Lynn's going home goodie bag from the maternity hospital. Lynn later bought a bottle of Regular Strength Tylenol at Frank's Finer Foods, went home, placed six of those eight red and white Extra Strength Tylenol capsules into the Regular Strength bottle of grey & white Tylenol, and then swallowed two of the red & white capsules which killed her. The Tylenol Task Force, the FBI and the FDA, at the request of Johnson and Johnson, covered up that fact for nearly three decades.
Can you imagine the trauma to the eight-year old Michelle, watching her mother die on the kitchen floor, while reporters like you, Chuck Goudie, sold her out? Do you have any human feelings for what you have done, Chuck? Have you told your own children what you did?
The fact that the poisoned Tylenol capsules, consumed by Lynn Rosen, came from the hospital's own secure inside pharmacy, is one of several smoking guns. No "lone madman " could have entered that locked hospital pharmacy, proving, yet again, that the poisoning occurred only inside J&J's own repackaging supply chain. Thousands of more pieces of evidence come together in The Tylenol Mafia, Chuck, making a solid case against J&J.

Read on this same website The FBI's Tylenol Murder Sting Operation, which targeted James Wm. Lewis for 18 months, while he was writing a novel, POISON! The Doctor's Dilemma.
The FBI had no evidence to back up their three decades of hate and fear mongering against me, James Wm. Lewis, so they attempted to manufacture that missing scapegoat evidence via an expensive, hair-brained sting operation. They tried to get me to write a novel, which they wanted use against me, by pretending a confession by the protagonist of my novel was a confession to the Tylenol murders. Read the psychotic, delusional email I received from those undercover agents in The Tylenol Mafia.
I was true to my novel.
I wrote my novel my way, not the FBI way.
By contrast, with no FBI guns in your face, Chuck Goudie, you and your employers have made a life-long career out of being a mouth piece for the FBI, lying to the Tylenol murder victims' families, to the people around Chicago, to the American public, and to the global community about The 1982 Tylenol Murders, and about me.
How many innocent lives and families have your vitriolic poisonous railings ruined, Chuck?
Now after nearly 30 years, when caught red-handed, both you and your employers are strangely silent when confronted with the truth about the Tylenol murders. If you really want to nail the Tylenol mass murderer, Chuck Goudie, where is your righteous indignation against J&J?
Where is your detailed analysis of The Tylenol Mafia, Chuck, as now we see coming from a few responsible and good-hearted journalists in the Chicago suburbs, inside the Tylenol murder ground zero blast radius?
In an earlier email, I dutifully taunted your manhood and dishonesty...and reponsibly demanded you to summon the courage to be a man and come clean as a journalist. I even made suggestions and gave you leads which even a blind man could have followed and verified, had you even tried. Rather than do the right thing for the Tylenol victims and for your viewers, you were abusive on the air and you scoffed it off. Who is laughing now, Chuck?
What do you think now, Chuck Goudie, when you see the meticulously documented in almost infinite detail, the "stickler for details", The Tylenol Mafia, a wonderful source book which you should have authored, had you been a genuine investigative reporter concerned with human life.
The Tylenol murder victims' families all deserve to know why you, Chuck Goudie, deliberately lied to them for nearly 30 years, and sided with the billionaire corporate mass murderer, Johnson and Johnson, as detailed in The Tylenol Mafia.
Was building Chuck Goudie's life legacy on a stack of defenseless victims worth it? That truely is your legacy, Chucky, and you've earned it.
What was your price?
James Wm. Lewis
